Bishop's Dashboard
Dioceses, districts, and multi-campus networks need visibility across congregations without micromanaging any single one of them. The Bishop's Dashboard rolls up attendance, giving, and operational health across every campus running Faith Members into one real-time view.
What it does
Oversight leadership gets an aggregated, permissioned view across affiliated churches, enough to spot a congregation that's struggling early, without exposing individual donor or pastoral-care detail that should stay local.
Concrete capabilities
- Multi-campus roll-up reporting. Attendance trends, total giving, and membership growth across every affiliated congregation, visualized side by side.
- Early warning indicators. A congregation with a sustained attendance or giving decline, or an unusually high volunteer turnover, surfaces automatically for a check-in rather than being discovered a year later at annual review.
- Granular permission control. Oversight leadership sees aggregate numbers and operational flags; individual donor records and specific pastoral-care notes stay private to the local congregation by default.
- Standardized reporting across congregations. Every campus reports the same metrics the same way, ending the spreadsheet reconciliation exercise that usually happens before a district meeting.
- Resource allocation support. Clergy placement, facility grants, and shared staff resources can be prioritized based on real operating data instead of anecdote.
Why it matters
Judicatory leaders are often making consequential decisions, where to plant, where to intervene, where to invest, with thin and outdated information. A shared operating layer across congregations means those decisions can be made earlier and with better information, while respecting the local autonomy each congregation needs.
