These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Faith Members platform and faithmembers.org. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

Use of the service

Faith Members is provided to help churches and religious organizations manage congregational, financial, and operational records. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with that intent.

Your data

Your church retains ownership of all data entered into the platform. You are responsible for the accuracy of that data and for maintaining appropriate access controls among your staff and volunteers.

AI-assisted features

Features such as AI phone answering and automated follow-up messaging operate on your behalf according to configuration you control. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the scripts, tone, and escalation rules used by these features for your organization.

Billing

Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at signup. Pricing displayed on faithmembers.org prior to a signed agreement is indicative and subject to confirmation.
